LIBERTY IN TODAY’S WORLD

We will analyze the liberty principle, distinguishing it from the right of liberty. This principle has no division. The right manifests itself by several special types of liberty: liberty of though, liberty of expression, liberty of movement, etc. We seek to explain that Humans are, by nature, beings gifted with free will and intelligence, as such are capable of determining themselves trough choice, that means that they are beings capable of choice. If they exercise or do not exercise that liberty is a question of social and political reality. In conclusion, liberty in today’s world has the content of principle and rules of liberty rights as well as anintrinsically bonded with the principle of equality, and together they work towards ample justice for all.
