A STUDY ON COMMON PROPERTY

There are not many Brazilian studies on common property in the European sense. In Italy, it spreads through the entire academy and is considered as necessary to the understanding of fundamental rights in the contemporary world. Common property interests society as a whole and may not be individually appropriated. Common property is related to human beings and nature, and thus it is important to rethink their relation to property and fundamental rights. However, it is necessary to define common property, otherwise it could lose its importance.
